I have been reading quite a bit about the Elf on the Shelf Christmas tradition and I think it’s a wonderful addition to all the Christmas Festivities.
I LOVE CHRISTMAS!!
Perhaps that’s why my children love it too.
Me, my children  – Did someone mention Scrooge? Bah, Humbug!!
It’s easy to get caught up in the excitement and suffer from hyperactivity what with all the chocolates and the parcels that are delivered to my blogger door. (Not to mention the wine!!)
I think the Elf is just what the children (and I) need to keep the order.
I am a bit of a late Kate and have been desperately searching for the perfect elf at this late stage. But yay – blogging does have it’s perks and my lovely little elf is due to arrive this week – well in time for the 1st of December.
Here’s a sneak peek of what she may look like and who knows there may be another addition. 🙂
I am looking forward to giving her a name and seeing what she has in store. I heard they can be quite mischievous. 😉
Do come back often and see what Miss Elf (her name for now) has been upto and how the children are doing too.
I can’t wait to see their faces when I yell ‘Behave’ and point evilly to the Elf on the Shelf. (rubs hands in glee)
Oh yes! I Love Christmas!

I have an elf hiding away ready for the 1st of December……It’s the first year we’re joining in with the fun! I can’t wait 😀
Would love to read what your elf gets upto. Will drop by and have a read. 🙂
She is an adorable looking Elf, can’t wait to hear what you call her and see what adventures she gets up too.
Complete agree, the chaos of blogging households need calming 🙂
This year will be our second year seeing what the elf gets up to. We love it.
Well he’ll miss elf, I can’t wait to see what antics you get up to ! Thanks for linking up
