I love doing jigsaws. I always have done. I remember doing jigsaws with my Mum when I was little.
I encourage my children to do jigsaws too and we have reviewed some recently. This way I get an opportunity to put it together with them too.
When I was asked if I would like to review a jigsaw for adults, I jumped at the chance.
I was sent this 1000 piece Delphinium Cottage jigsaw from Ravensburger and I thought it would be breeze.
I have obviously lost touch as I haven’t been able to complete it. Not because it’s unsolvable but more because I haven’t had the time to sit with it.
It features a lovely cottage with dogs in the foreground and flowers in the background.
The jigsaw is quite lovely when complete and I am looking forward to completing it. In fact, I am thinking seriously of getting it framed. I have ordered some of the Ravensburger glue for jigsaws.
The product is of a great quality as are all the Ravensburger products. It was easier to do the edges and the dogs. The sky and garden was the most difficult.
I found it really calming and loved seeing the image evolve. It’s also a good size so great for going on the wall after it’s done.
The puzzle is priced at £11.99 and is great value for money.
