We were invited some time ago for an exciting Persil event. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it but we didn’t lose out as we were sent a Persil package to get the children cooking and messy in the kitchen instead.
Now I’m sure that you know the Persil brand which is associated with washing and cleaning. Did you know that they also have some amazing recipes on their site? You may want to check them out here.
We were sent Persil Washing Up Liquid, Bubble Bath for the children, an apron, cupcake cases, a whisk and a chef’s hat and a voucher to purchase ingredients to try out a recipe.
I asked Jadyn to choose a recipe and of course she had to choose one that looked a bit difficult – Warm Fruit Tacos.

We made it a little differently as we served it with custard and it was delicious.
It took a bit of practice to get the shape right but the end result was so worth it. The warm fruit tasted with the crispy taco was a great way to finish the meal.
And regards the mess that we made while baking – it was fuss free because we had the Persil washing up liquid to help. The new Persil Washing up Liquid is tough on grease and makes washing up easier. It also comes in some great fragrances. I like my dishes to smell good. 🙂
