I like reviewing games with the children. It means that they can get off their screens and enjoy time together.
We were sent some Minions products some time ago and we have been enjoying playing with them.
We were sent the Minions Top Trumps pack and the children were quite happy to sit and play it.
It is quite an easy game but does require children who can read as you need to be able to read out the corresponding numbers from a chosen category. The categories are Cleverness, Bravery, Leadership, Mischievous and Top Trumps.
It’s played the same as the usual Top Trumps where you read out a category and a number and if someone has a higher numerical value than yours in that category, they get your cards. The person with the most cards of course, comes out trumps!
It is easy to play but a 3 year old may have a problem reading out the categories. However, it is great for learning numbers and getting children acquainted with them.
The Minions cards feature places from the Minions movie and have fun facts about them too.
As part of the pack we were also sent a Crayola Minions book. This is the one that uses the App to make things come alive much like this one here. So, all you need do is colour the minion in and then bring it to life to take some cool photos with minions around you. It’s fun.
The children enjoyed colouring the minions in and bringing them to life.
Who wouldn’t want a minion in their lives?
Disclaimer: I was sent the above products as part of a special Minions pack. All ideas and opinions are my own.
