I love risotto but have never ever tried making it.
When I was invited to try my hand at making risotto, I knew I had to. I never knew that it would involve a whole lot of stirring to get it right.
The recipe was very easy to follow and it was quite delicious.
It did take a quite some time to get the risotto to the required tenderness though. Next time I get the quick cook risotto!!
