Mashed Potato Surprise Bake
This recipe is a great recipe for children. Don’t all children love mash? Well, what could be better than baked mash with a surprise cheesy centre? Jadyn, 9 came up with this great recipe, that even we adults enjoyed. Ingredients: For the mash 5 Potatoes 3/4 cup milk 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan Salt to taste Pepper For the bake 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon baking powder Primula cheese and ham Method: Peel and boil the potatoes.
