Celebrations made fun with Balloon Time
The children love balloons and for their birthdays it has become a practice for them to have the house decorated with balloons. We normally blow them up or use a balloon pump resulting in the balloons not really floating but looking something like this. I know we could get them done in a shop but there is no way that we can have 20 balloons bobbing about in the car. Some would surely pop.
