We all love telling stories, don’t we? As much as we like listening to them.
We were recently sent Story Cubes to review as part of being in the Asmodee UK Blogger Board Game Club and so far it’s been big hit in our home. For a number of reasons.
First of all, the cubes are so versatile that you can create quite a large range of stories based on different themes. Since they are so easy to take around, they can be played with on trips and long journeys.
Story Cubes encourage creativity and enhances language development. It is great for children to also enhance their social skills as it can be quite an interesting game when played in a group.
The great thing about Story Cubes is that there is no age limit. Children as young as 6 will enjoy it as well as adults.
There are no rules to the game – all you need to do is roll the cubes and tell a story based on what the pictures are.
Story Cubes come packaged in a handy, pocket-sized case that has a magnetic lock.
Priced at £9.99 Story Cubes are available at all major retailers.
