We love crafting and when we were asked to review Pom Pom Wow!, I couldn’t refuse. I had seen the product at the Toy Fair and I knew we’d enjoy it. Well, I would anyway.
I loved making the actual Pom Pom when young but these are a breeze and super easy to get Pom Pom-ing with.
We were sent the Pom Pom Wow! Deluxe Dip and Create Station and comes with 75 pom moms, 85 adhesive dots, 1 adhesive roller, 1 glitter glue pen, 2 markers in pink and blue, 4 stamper pads, 1 paint brush, 4 water colour paints, 1 pipette and a blotting cloth.
The great thing about this set is the ease of use. The 75 pom poms are in different colours. Most are white though but that leaves room to get creative.
We were soon stamping and marking our way to Pom Pom heaven.
The instructions are pretty clear so you can’t really go wrong. You set up the station and then go on to creating or personalising the Pom Poms. We created a few with markers and also with the stamp pad. It is so easy to do and I particularly love the way the pom poms fit into the stamper so you don’t get messy hands.
What’s particularly great is that it all packs up into a hand box that is small enough to carry anywhere which means you get to Pom Pom anything and everything except your pets of course and the sofas and mum’s iPad (she’ll be doing that herself!)
So how easy is it to Pom Pom?
All you need do is take one of the Pom Poms, place an adhesive dot on it (make sure it’s on the side of the black dot),
stick it wherever you want it to be and then pull the plastic casing off.
If you are colouring them do so before sticking them on. If you are using glitter glue, do so after you’ve stuck it where you want it.
The set is priced at £29.99 and it provides many hours of fun and creativity.
