Singing Along with Dora this Summer

by

I had been privileged to have a sneak peek at Dora and Friends and I knew the children would love it. Since then we’ve attended the premiere and even hosted a Twitter party. When I was given an opportunity to review some Dora and Friends goodies, it was a no brained that I would say yes. We were sent a box of lovely toys that Aeryn is thrilled to play with. The most popular is the phone. The Dora talking phone plays tunes when pressed and you can also hear Dora talking to you. Aeryn takes her phone everywhere with …

Schleich Riding Arena Review

by

The children love horses. No, we don’t have one nor do we ride but they love horses. Come to think of it, I do too. I love the freedom that horses seem to represent as they gallop in the fields. I would love to be able to ride and go for a gallop in the woods. Anyway, back to the aim of this post. 🙂 We were sent this Schleich Riding Arena to review and I knew that the children would enjoy playing with it. I had heard of the great quality of the Schleich products but had never purchased …

Hot Wheels Track Builder Spiral Stack Up – A Review

by

Ethan loves cars. The faster the better.   When we were sent this Hot Wheels  he was very excited. Yes, we have had a few over the last few months but a boy and his cars, eh? It comes with loads of parts which makes it so much more interesting to children. This one is floor standing so is ideal for homes where you cannot attach it to the wall etc. Like the other Hot Wheels ranges, this one is bright and colourful and attractive to children. It is quite easy to build but there may be adult help required. …
